Enterprise Onboarding Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver onboarding services for production and proof-of-concept to both customers and prospects.

• Support the implementation of the Sectigo product suite.

• Offer expert knowledge on Sectigo products during post-sales customer interactions.

• Ensure ongoing communication and customer service throughout the onboarding process.

• Provide consistent updates within a ticketing system.

• Manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Contribute to the Onboarding Readiness Program and initiatives aimed at internal process enhancement.

• Update and maintain the knowledge base and associated documentation.

• Enhance familiarity with current and upcoming products.

• Act as a key team member to accomplish both individual and shared objectives.

• Oversee multiple customer accounts while coordinating with internal and external partners.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation and onboarding phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience (strongly preferred).

• MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional (strongly preferred).

• Experience in Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration (strongly preferred).

• Certification in Azure/GCP/AWS (strongly preferred).

• At least 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 1 year in a customer implementation setting.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Authority, and Windows platform servers and workstations.

• Experience with Linux systems.

• Knowledge of web servers and firewall/load balancer software or platforms.

• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL, and X509 (strongly recommended).

• Experience with network infrastructure (strongly recommended).

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) (strongly recommended).

• Experience in eCommerce, CDN, DNS, WAF, or web hosting (strongly recommended).

• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages interfacing with REST APIs (strongly recommended).

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Skills in customer service, time management, and account management.

• Ability to collaborate with technical engineers, architects, and a diverse range of clients.

• Capacity to lead projects while managing multiple competing priorities.

• Skills in multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

• Self-motivated mindset, eagerness to work collaboratively, and a desire for continuous learning.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese is an asset.
