📋 Description

• Take ownership of the quality assurance process for daily media reports and dashboards, ensuring that each deliverable adheres to exceptional standards of clarity, insight, and impact.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for client feedback, working collaboratively to enhance reporting strategies and align deliverables with changing objectives.

• Assist with special projects aimed at improving customer delivery systems, encompassing workflows for engagement, feedback, and optimization of reporting.

• Work collaboratively across various teams, including product, success, and leadership, to advocate for the client's voice.

• Proactively engage in other high-priority tasks within a rapidly changing environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
