This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Act as the operational lead for ongoing enterprise opportunities by overseeing timelines, dependencies, deliverables, approvals, risks, decisions, and subsequent actions from deal inception to closure.
• Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Staffing, Creative, Analytics, Media, and Delivery.
• Foster alignment around priorities, clarify responsibilities, drive follow-through, and sustain momentum without direct authority.
• Recognize potential obstacles and address challenges related to pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, approvals, and delivery readiness.
• Thoughtfully escalate issues when executive decisions are required.
• Develop deal trackers, action logs, timelines, decision logs, and status updates tailored for executive review.
• Lead meetings, document key decisions, and ensure accountability for advancing work.
• Create and enhance templates, checklists, playbooks, and operating procedures for efficient enterprise deal execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Staffing, and Delivery leaders to ensure that sales commitments are effectively translated into successful execution.
• Verify scope, staffing plans, timelines, dependencies, and operational readiness prior to the commencement of delivery.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise deal operations, program management, strategic operations, business operations, sales operations, consulting, or a similar role supporting complex B2B settings.
• Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
• Outstanding program and project management capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and keep several high-visibility workstreams progressing concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and ensure accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, approvals, and delivery decisions affect enterprise sales outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear priorities, risks, and next steps.
• A proactive approach with the ability to foresee needs, identify gaps, and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Experience in designing or enhancing operational processes, playbooks, templates, and scalable workflows.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities may shift rapidly and no two enterprise deals are identical.
• Experience collaborating directly with executive leaders on high-stakes initiatives is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools aimed at improving visibility and minimizing administrative tasks.
• Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid preferred) or Remote (within U.S. states where New Engen operates). Candidates available during Pacific Time hours are strongly preferred.
