Enterprise Data Governance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a functional and technical specialist for the SaaS platform.

• Configure, enhance, and manage capabilities related to Data Products, Business Glossaries, data governance processes, Data Sharing Terms, access management, metadata management, and Data Lineage.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into governance configurations and solutions within the platform.

• Design and optimize stewardship workflows and data governance processes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Domain Owners, architects, and development teams to implement scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience working with Data Governance and Data Catalog platforms in a SaaS environment (such as Informatica Axon, Atlan, Alation, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Anjana, or similar).

• Proven experience in configuring and managing SaaS platforms in corporate settings.

• Knowledge of software engineering and the development lifecycle.

• Experience working with software development teams, data engineering, architecture, and business units.

• Experience in testing, release management, and production support.

• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, data sharing, and access management.

• Experience implementing data governance processes, business glossaries, metadata management, and stewardship workflows.

• Proficient in English (C1 level).
