This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete post-sales lifecycle for strategic, technically-oriented platform clients.
• Facilitate the collaborative creation of solutions utilizing Suki’s APIs/SDKs.
• Empower customers to market and sell collaboratively developed solutions.
• Manage the adoption and value realization for partners’ end-users.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and pinpoint opportunities for increased usage and value.
• Evaluate customer metrics and produce impactful client presentations.
• Cultivate relationships, adoption, retention, and growth for Suki for Partners accounts.
• Conduct advanced business reviews with C-level executives and senior leaders, concentrating on platform usage, revenue growth, and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with customer product and engineering teams alongside Suki’s Solutions Engineering team.
• Develop training programs, materials, and success stories in coordination with partner enablement, sales, marketing, and channel teams.
• Optimize existing processes and create new strategies to enhance client and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost user engagement.
• Supply structured customer insights to Product to guide future innovations.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Strategic Partner Success, ideally in a B2B SaaS, API, or Platform-centric company.
• Experience in the Health Tech, EMR, or Digital Health sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving significant business results (revenue, scalability, efficiency) for large, complex enterprise clients.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing channel partnerships or solutions that are resold, licensed, or integrated by a strategic client (preferred).
• Consulting or services background and advanced degree (preferred).
• Flexibility to work hours according to clients’ and providers’ schedules across different US time zones.
• Option for remote work.
