This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of designated client relationships from start to finish
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Oversee new client onboarding and technical integration processes from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure timelines, dependencies, and go-live commitments are met
• Supervise ongoing client workstreams while maintaining clear action plans
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery or the client experience
• Monitor engagement, adoption, and outcomes
• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead the comprehensive strategic business-review process
• Link wellbeing and program insights to quantifiable business value
• Formulate account strategies and pinpoint opportunities to enhance partnerships
• Facilitate renewal and expansion discussions with internal teams
• Incorporate client feedback into product and roadmap planning
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Security, and other departments on contracts, data agreements, and escalations
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• A minimum of five years of proven success in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Preferably two or more years of experience in a SaaS technology company
• Proven ability to independently manage named accounts within a SaaS, health technology, or enterprise services organization
• Experience in achieving or directly contributing to renewal or growth targets
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including experience leading business reviews
• Capability to manage multiple client workstreams and conflicting deadlines with a high level of organization and accountability
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in interpreting and presenting client or program data
• Quick learner of technical products and implementation processes
• Previous implementation or integration experience is advantageous but not mandatory
