Enterprise Billing Success Manager – B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of enterprise billing teams by training their complete RCM staff on billing best practices, ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform.

• Provide assistance to the sales team during the sales cycle for enterprise prospects as required.

• Educate teams of various sizes, including enterprise teams, on best practices related to submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and more as needed.

• Possess extensive knowledge of Prompt Reporting, industry accounting, AR practices, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis functions.

• Conduct training on reporting for teams of all sizes, with a focus on accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.

• Aid client accounting and finance teams in acquiring necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suite.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire revenue cycle and a foundational knowledge of the role EDI/ERA plays.

• Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise billing teams.

• Comprehend the unique needs of each team to assist in configuring and developing workflows with their new EMR/PM system.

• Develop and sustain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to effectively address incoming customer inquiries through our single-channel support system.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by recognizing each customer's unique and evolving needs, delivering value, and surpassing expectations.

• Offer guidance and expertise to billing success managers and interdepartmental partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be accepted as a substitute.

• A minimum of 5 years in the medical billing industry, with PT/OT/SLP experience highly preferred.

• Experience working within or alongside enterprise-level RCM companies that employ 100 or more therapists, ideally in a success or RCM leadership role.

• At least 2-3 years of RCM leadership experience.

• A solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts is essential.

• Strong technical skills are required.

• Highly proficient in MS Excel.

• A passion for understanding and learning software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Prepared to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours.

• Ready to rapidly grow into the role and accept greater responsibilities as necessary.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and direction.
