This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of enterprise architecture and solution design for strategic accounts.

• Create customer value propositions and foster engagement across network virtualization, hybrid cloud, Edge/Edge AI, and managed services opportunities.

• Collaborate with account teams to influence technical and business strategies that fulfill customer requirements.

• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships at all levels to help grow accounts.

• Exhibit expertise in solution domains, company offerings, services, solutions, and customer environments.

• Develop and critically assess customer proposals.

• Manage both internal and customer expectations, ensuring that business and technical requirements are fulfilled.

• Assess the impact of business problems and articulate business value.

• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions in relation to long-term objectives.

• Provide insights to global business units concerning IT trends, requirements, gaps, and unmet needs.

• Transform outcome-based solutions into scalable functional and technical designs.

• Communicate the value propositions of solutions to meet customer demands.

• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Engage in industry events through presentations, demonstrations, booth support, and social media monitoring.

• Collect and utilize competitive intelligence.

• Lead account business planning initiatives.

• Participate in in-depth discussions and present strategies for technical transformation.

• Create comparative analyses of alternative approaches.

• Configure and optimize workload solutions by balancing cost, scope, scale, boundaries, and benefits.

• Utilize partner products and services while sharing knowledge with external partners.

• Generate pipeline through account opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Oversee pipelines and nurture deals from opportunity to closure.

• Prioritize resources for high-potential deals.

• Take part in sales forecast meetings to accelerate the sales lifecycle.

• Document sales-cycle activities and disseminate best practices.

• Establish relationships with customer executives.

• Share knowledge with colleagues and mentor junior team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical qualifications.

• An advanced degree in technology is preferred.

• Over 7 years of technical experience in IT, with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.

• At least 1 relevant industry certification based on experience is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in solution selling within Cloud or AI is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies/certifications is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

• Advanced experience in leading solution configurations and developing demos and proofs-of-concept.

• Deep understanding of company products, software, services, solution domains, and related fields.

• Ability to translate as-a-Service ecosystems, value propositions, solutions, and workloads into customer outcomes.

• Advanced knowledge of variations in as-a-Service business models.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and relevant local languages as required.

• Strong discussion and persuasion capabilities.

• Advanced business and financial acumen, encompassing sales cycles, pipeline growth, reporting, business strategy, TCO/ROI, and financial models.

• Proficient consultative/value selling skills, including whiteboarding, objection handling, and closing techniques.

• Extensive knowledge of business, technical tools, and CRM systems.

• Advanced resource management skills.

• Practical experience with relevant products, solutions, tools, or services.

• Ability to create playbooks for product, solution, tool, or service demonstrations.

• Capability to deliver live demonstrations to customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Strong project and time management knowledge or experience.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.

• Advanced strategic and account planning skills.

• Expert proficiency in utilizing business, technical, and CRM tools.
