Trainer / Instructor for IT Specialist in Application Development Retraining Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize various teaching methodologies to design and implement lessons effectively.

• Develop and prepare instructional materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Carry out competency assessments for course participants.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and transitioning into the job market.

• Act as a source of expertise and a learning facilitator to support participants in their skills development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience in the field.

• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in a variety of software development and information technology areas.

• Extensive familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience in software development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

• Proficient understanding of databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with software architecture and design principles.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.

• Understanding of operating systems, system architecture, and security protocols.

• Interest and capability to incorporate AI and ChatGPT into the teaching process.

• Possess teaching qualifications, such as an instructor certification under AEVO.

• Experience in roles such as trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is a plus.

• Strong methodological and instructional skills for effectively conveying educational content.

• Independent, well-organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Outstanding proficiency in the language of instruction, German, at a C2 level.
