Trainer, Instructor for Retraining Program: IT Specialist in Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a remote location utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to create and implement lessons

• Develop and prepare educational materials aligned with the curriculum

• Execute skills assessments

• Assist course participants in enhancing their skills

• Deliver specialized content as an expert in the subject and a facilitator of learning

• Advocate for the subject area with enthusiasm and foresight

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable credential

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in various domains of software development and information technology

• In-depth understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

• Hands-on experience in software development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other pertinent web technologies

• Familiarity with databases and SQL

• Understanding of software architecture and design principles

• Knowledge in virtualization, especially Hyper-V

• Awareness of operating systems, system architecture, and security protocols

• Interest in and capability to incorporate AI and ChatGPT into educational sessions

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or educator is a plus

• Verification of pedagogical qualifications, such as an instructor certification under AEVO

• Strong methodological and didactic capabilities in delivering educational content

• Independent and organized work style with a high level of personal accountability

• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Proficiency in German, the language of instruction, at a C2 level
