Trainer – Instructor for Career Retraining as an IT Specialist – Systems Integration (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Implement diverse teaching strategies to create and deliver educational content

• Develop and prepare learning resources aligned with the curriculum

• Administer competency evaluations

• Assist course participants in enhancing their skills and competencies

• Serve as an instructor and facilitator for subject-matter content

• Aid individuals in advancing their professional skills and integrating into the job market

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration or a similar field

• Minimum of 5 years of documented professional experience

• Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft servers

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, especially Hyper-V

• Knowledge of Linux is considered a plus

• Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the capability to incorporate these technologies into teaching

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous

• Proof of pedagogical competence, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO

• Strong methodological and instructional abilities in delivering educational material

• Self-motivated, well-organized work ethic with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Proficient in the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
