This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications utilizing Workato or comparable iPaaS platforms.
• Develop integration patterns to ensure data consistency, real-time synchronization, effective error management, and reusable best practices for the team.
• Specify API connection requirements and collect needs for intricate Workato recipes.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; troubleshoot integration failures, performance challenges, and data quality issues.
• Serve as the technical product owner by gathering stakeholder requirements, converting business needs into technical specifications, and prioritizing features accordingly.
• Generate technical documentation, which includes architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and user manuals.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test plans, manage execution, track defects, and ensure successful production deployment.
• Develop roadmaps for enterprise applications and Salesforce products.
• Configure and oversee Salesforce data models, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
• Work collaboratively with Salesforce Administrators on data governance, security, and best practices for the platform.
• Define data governance standards and take ownership of data quality through validation, cleansing, and exception handling processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM leadership, and Revenue Operations to provide scalable solutions that promote revenue growth.
• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a strong focus on integration and systems.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining Salesforce integrations using iPaaS platforms; Workato is strongly preferred, with Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar also acceptable.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including data models, security models, Flow, Process Builder, custom objects, and API functionalities.
• In-depth understanding of REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API keys, rate limiting, and error management.
• Proficient SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting, along with a solid understanding of relational data models.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, data transformation, and mapping.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sectors with intricate revenue operations and compliance demands.
• Familiarity with lead-to-opportunity processes, customer onboarding, and renewal workflows.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical architectures and system interactions.
• Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Product, Operations, and GTM teams.
• Capacity to deliver comprehensive solutions with minimal oversight and resolve integration, data, and performance challenges.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Dedication to data quality, adherence to security best practices, and thorough technical documentation.
• Preferred: Workato certification or significant hands-on experience with production-grade Workato.
• Preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, ELT/ETL, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Jira, Asana, Linear, Python, JavaScript, Postman, or Insomnia.
• Preferred: Background in credit underwriting, entity management, financial services applications, technical product management, or business systems analysis.
