This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take charge of Litmus's expansion within pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, and medical device manufacturers.
• Acquire new enterprise clients and grow existing relationships from initial implementations to large-scale, global deployments of the Litmus Industrial DataOps platform.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and the partner ecosystem.
• Develop and implement territory plans targeting life sciences manufacturers.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in Manufacturing and Operations, Digital/Industry 4.0, OT/Automation, Quality, and IT.
• Manage complex MEDDICC sales cycles from initial discovery and business justification to technical validation, pilot projects, procurement, and closing deals.
• Facilitate the expansion of customer agreements to multi-site and enterprise contracts in conjunction with Customer Success.
• Create strategic account plans and mutual success initiatives.
• Lead executive business reviews with key accounts.
• Serve as Litmus's expert in life sciences related to connected manufacturing, electronic batch records, and AI data readiness.
• Position Litmus effectively within GxP-compliant environments.
• Collaborate with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners for co-selling opportunities.
• Ensure pipeline and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual booking targets.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales, North America.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
• Proven history of successfully closing intricate six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling to life sciences manufacturing sectors (pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or medical devices).
• Background in industrial software, IIoT, OT/IT, MES, historians, automation, or manufacturing data and analytics.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts using a land-and-expand strategy.
• A pre-existing network within top-20 pharmaceutical companies, leading biotech firms, or CDMO manufacturing and digital organizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with ISA-88/ISA-95, OPC UA, Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts, and systems such as DCS, MES, LIMS, and historians (preferred).
• Experience in co-selling alongside global system integrators and cloud/data platform partners (preferred).
• Up to 40% travel to customer locations, manufacturing facilities, and industry events.
• Flexible remote work arrangement available for candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
