This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec GRC Intelligence Platform to large publicly traded and private firms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, which includes territory planning, generating leads, and advancing opportunities to closure.
• Increase opportunities in both existing and new customer accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and acquiring new clients.
• Develop strategies for multi-pillar platform sales across various business units and economic decision-makers.
• Collaborate with CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to create customized solutions.
• Recognize customer challenges, inform prospects about Optro’s value, showcase the product through video calls or in-person, and assist prospects throughout the sales journey.
• Travel 25%-30% for meetings with clients and partners, as well as for events and conferences.
• Co-develop solutions and business cases to facilitate organizational adoption.
• Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, Value Architects, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Build a partner ecosystem with Big 4 and boutique firms.
• Participate in industry events, broaden professional networks, and establish thought leadership.
• Senior Manager or above in a Risk Advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) at a Big 4 firm, OR over 7 years of sales experience with at least 4 years focused on selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions.
• Ranked in the top 10% of sales performers in the current position.
• Proven history of surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets between $1.3M and $1.7M.
• Experience with deal sizes and sales cycles that align with the segment.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex SaaS transactions.
• Capable of articulating product and service differences and positioning them against competitors.
• Strong executive presence.
• Proficient in MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn, collaborative, and capable of building relationships.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Must reside in California.
