This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new business sales revenue within the West region.
• Develop, manage, and implement a regional sales strategy for the North Central territory.
• Formulate a strategic territory plan and executive-level demand.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to closure.
• Prospect within enterprise accounts and cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Identify business challenges related to employee productivity, IT support, application adoption, digital transformation, and AI readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executive leadership.
• Advocate for Nexthink’s value proposition and inform customers about the DEX category.
• Work in partnership with business development, marketing, channel, solutions consulting, and professional services teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, develop business cases, deliver executive presentations, align proof-of-concept, negotiate, and finalize deals.
• Manage customer expectations throughout evaluation and proof-of-concept processes.
• Sell the complete Nexthink solution, which includes software, services, and support.
• Establish trusted relationships that foster expansion opportunities and long-term customer value.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise technology sales experience in a dynamic, competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas, such as President’s Club recognition, top-performing sales representative, or consistent above-plan achievement.
• Experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.
• Capable of advocating for emerging categories and educating buyers on innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Disciplined in territory planning, account strategy, pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Comfortable managing proof-of-concept processes and aligning technical validation with business value.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent discovery, storytelling, and value-selling skills.
• Demonstrates high levels of ownership, urgency, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in selling disruptive or category-creating technology in an early-stage, high-growth, or market-expansion context.
• Track record of acquiring new logos and building territories from scratch.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Strong mindset for partnership ecosystems and experience collaborating with channel, alliance, or services partners.
• Confidence to challenge customer assumptions while cultivating trust.
