This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct and lead sales initiatives and team efforts targeting Enterprise accounts.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, IT executives, and line-of-business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities by utilizing Partners alongside sales and marketing resources.
• Upsell and strengthen relationships within the existing customer base.
• Achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Deliver value to customers through a solutions-oriented sales approach.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize business opportunities and allocate the necessary resources accordingly.
• Utilize sales tools, such as SFDC, to monitor activities and manage business operations.
• Ensure a reliable and credible sales forecast and process.
• Engage in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Present compelling presentations effectively.
• Develop and nurture Partner-first relationships.
• Efficiently manage sales resources for optimal effectiveness.
• Candidates must reside in the Northeast region.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including interactions with C-level, Director, and VP-level decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to resolving customer issues.
• Strong track record of Customer and Partner relationship management.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding targets.
• Technical knowledge and experience with data protection technologies.
• Familiarity with opportunity generation and the challenges of business development.
• A competitive spirit fueled by a passion for success.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently and with flexibility.
• Proficiency in using an established sales methodology, recognizing customer pain points, aligning solutions, delivering business value, providing accurate forecasts, and demonstrating robust closing skills.
• Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, File Transfer and Network Infrastructure, Security, and/or Compliance.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must satisfy Kiteworks, customer, and/or government security screening criteria.
• Successful completion of the Kiteworks background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter is required.
• Must possess U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
