This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and establish strategic enterprise accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Execute targeted outreach strategies including account planning, executive engagement, cold emailing, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, personalized videos, trigger-based communications, events, and innovative campaigns.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing and transitioning to Customer Success.
• Manage lead qualification, discovery, customized demonstrations, pilots, business-case development, security and legal reviews, procurement, contract negotiations, and customer transitions.
• Navigate intricate buying groups by engaging multiple stakeholders and formulating mutual action plans.
• Promote HeyGen's web application and API use cases.
• Articulate business outcomes, measurable ROI, and value across marketing, sales enablement, customer education, training, localization, product onboarding, and developer-powered workflows.
• Foster urgency and momentum within lengthy enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with PLG, growth, product, Customer Success, and customer teams.
• Utilize product usage data, API adoption, customer inquiries, and inbound interest to pinpoint enterprise opportunities.
• Uphold accurate CRM data, precise forecasts, pipeline discipline, and clear next steps.
• Enhance customer adoption across various business units following the close.
• Minimum of 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a closing role focused on enterprise companies.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing quotas on enterprise deals, including six-figure contracts.
• Experience in acquiring new enterprise logos through proactive outbound efforts, rather than solely managing an existing book of business.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including executive sponsorships, security and legal reviews, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
• Strong discovery abilities and the capability to align product features with business challenges and measurable ROI.
• Comfortable engaging with executives and senior leaders across marketing, sales, L&D, product, IT, operations, and technical teams.
• High-agency, builder mentality.
• Excellent written communication skills for outbound emails, executive summaries, proposals, and deal recaps.
• Curiosity about AI, video technology, creative workflows, and API-driven products.
• Nice-to-have: experience selling PLG, usage-based, API, developer platforms, creative software, marketing technology, sales technology, or AI products.
• Nice-to-have: experience selling API or platform deals integrated into a customer's product.
• Nice-to-have: experience selling to marketing, localization, customer education, learning and development, sales enablement, eCommerce, media, or product teams.
• Nice-to-have: experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
• Nice-to-have: experience as an early or founding enterprise AE who contributed to building the sales motion.
• Nice-to-have: experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
