This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales cycle, including targeted prospecting, multi-stakeholder discovery, value alignment, proposal formulation, negotiation, and execution of closed-won deals.
• Foster new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within large agencies and intricate government entities.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline by focusing on high-value accounts, identifying new opportunities, following up on marketing and event leads, and employing account-based strategies.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with chiefs, command staff, IT professionals, and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify operational hurdles and quantify the benefits of EPR’s cloud-based unified records management and operations software.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure precise scoping, seamless transitions, and effective onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and utilize standardized qualification and forecasting techniques.
• Provide pipeline visibility and accountability for forecasts to sales leadership.
• Remain informed about first-responder trends, technology requirements, grant funding, purchasing methods, and procurement regulations.
• Assist fire and EMS agencies in modernizing their operations to enhance efficiency, communication, and outcomes.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing intricate, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently surpassing ARR quota objectives.
• Exceptional consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Command of the Message.
• Strong skills in CRM management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline oversight.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in penetrating new logos, crafting account plans, and executing account-based marketing and territory-focused strategies.
• Commercial insight and analytical skills, including deal economics, metrics, and value mapping.
• Ability to build trust with executive-level buyers, such as chiefs, command staff, IT, and procurement leaders.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A tech-savvy and adaptable approach, utilizing tools, data, and AI-driven insights.
• Preferred experience in GovTech, public safety, or complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Confidence in navigating public-sector procurement processes, multi-stakeholder sales, and extended, mission-driven purchasing cycles.
