Enterprise Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster revenue expansion by securing new clients who are not currently partnering with Dodge Construction Network.

• Identify and generate opportunities through effective sales strategies.

• Advocate for product offerings, nurture business prospects, and enhance client relationships.

• Develop and sustain a self-generated pipeline at 3–4 times the quota coverage through focused outbound efforts.

• Implement multichannel prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry-related events.

• Conduct research and prioritize designated accounts utilizing firmographic and intent data.

• Achieve 10–14 new initial meetings each month.

• Analyze buying committees and highlight quantifiable business challenges.

• Consistently apply formal qualification methodologies and establish compelling events and decision-making timelines.

• Create account-specific ROI models and customize presentations to align with stakeholder priorities.

• Link product capabilities to measurable outcomes.

• Develop and execute mutual close plans with shared milestones and accountability.

• Maintain multithreaded executive relationships.

• Oversee procurement, legal, and security review processes.

• Navigate RFP processes and competitive evaluations.

• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely closures each quarter.

• Cultivate relationships with VP and C-suite executives and facilitate executive briefings.

• Transform executive sponsors into internal advocates.

• Coordinate with Solutions, Customer Success, legal, and leadership teams.

• Lead internal deal reviews with precise forecasting.

• Define pilots and POCs.

• Update opportunity records in real-time and provide weekly forecasts.

• Proactively identify and flag deal risks.

• Document competitive win/loss data and assist in battle card updates.

• Communicate objections and buyer terminology to product marketing.

• Share deal insights during team meetings.

• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates may reside anywhere within the continental United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.

• 5+ years of proven success in consultative and solution-based selling skills representing products and services through online software demonstrations.

• Ability to independently source pipeline without reliance on inbound leads or Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with 2–6 month sales cycles in the $50K–$200K+ Annual Contract Value (ACV) range.

• Comfort in engaging VP and C-suite buyers as equals.

• Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or comparable sales methodologies.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is required.

• Genuine interest in construction business operations.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.

• Ability to learn Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

• Technologically adept.

• High personal integrity and accountability for outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong client-focused relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to guide clients on best practices while identifying pain points and solutions.

• An empathetic approach to small business growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including team building, conflict resolution, influence, and persuasion.

• Self-motivated with an intuitive, curious, confident, and persistent attitude toward pursuing opportunities and increasing revenue.

• Excellent change-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong business development acumen and ability to accurately forecast sales revenue in Salesforce.com.

• Experience using Teams, WebEx, and similar webinar tools.

• Familiarity with e-business transactions.

• Preferred experience in the construction industry.

• Experience with Building Product Manufacturers and/or data-as-a-service is preferred.
