This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated territory to effectively build your pipeline through networking, participation in events, and proactive prospecting.
• Secure deals to meet or surpass quarterly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) objectives.
• Lead intricate, consultative sales processes from initial discovery to closure, aligning Clasp’s solutions with customer business goals.
• Deliver well-organized and convincing sales presentations that highlight the value of a partnership with Clasp in relation to the prospect’s priorities and challenges.
• Create and design tailored programs for clients based on a thorough understanding of their business needs; provide comprehensive, data-driven ROI analyses to support the business case.
• Develop and oversee a robust strategy for mid-to-late funnel deals, which includes regular check-ins, stakeholder alignment, multi-threading, and mapping the purchasing process.
• Represent Clasp at industry conferences and events, generating top-of-funnel leads and fostering trusted relationships.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management and accurate forecasting for all assigned companies, contacts, and deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partner Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and enhanced conversion rates.
• Provide insights to Clasp’s Product team, highlighting enhancements frequently requested during the sales process that could improve Clasp’s win and retention rates.
• Oversee the sales lifecycle from networking and outreach to closure, utilizing in-depth discovery, customized solutions, and data-supported storytelling.
• Work alongside Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Partner Success teams to create a high-trust buying experience and drive ARR growth.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales position.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Series B or earlier B2B startup environment.
• Proven experience managing consultative, value-driven sales processes in complex or enterprise settings.
• Strong coachability and critical thinking abilities to foster continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in becoming an expert in regulated or complex industries.
• Ability to tailor messaging, demonstrations, and proposals based on stakeholder needs and business contexts.
• Comfort in navigating multi-stakeholder deals, addressing objections, and managing extended sales cycles.
• Willingness to embrace evolving processes, resources, and proof points due to the early-stage nature of Clasp’s offerings.
• Proven ownership, discipline, and operational rigor, including accuracy in forecasting and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Experience selling within the Healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with selling to HR and Talent Acquisition departments.
• Knowledge of modern sales tools such as Hubspot, Google Drive, ZoomInfo, and Fathom.
• Must be available to travel up to 30% within the US.
