This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and manage leads to establish a pipeline of 3–5X within the designated territory.
• Secure business primarily with organizations that employ over 1,000 individuals.
• Accurately manage and report on the sales pipeline and revenue quarterly within the CRM.
• Strategically plan the territory and provide necessary sales support.
• Seek both short-term and long-term revenue opportunities.
• Regularly network to attract and influence partner sales while enhancing partner relationships.
• Recruit and onboard partners, engaging them in proactive demand-generation initiatives.
• Maintain regional partner strategies that align partner strengths with accounts and targeted opportunities.
• Monitor the flow of inbound and outbound leads between partners and Bitwarden Sales.
• Communicate channel pipeline and forecasts to Bitwarden sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner-centric events, programs, and campaigns.
• Develop and implement joint business plans with partners that have measurable outcomes.
• Establish financial objectives for key partners and ensure their attainment.
• Drive various channel initiatives across technical, professional services, and sales domains.
• Based in the U.S., ideally located within the Central or Eastern regions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in high-tech IT sales in an outside capacity.
• Experience with IT security products is preferable but not essential.
• Background in startup or pre-$100M revenue companies is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving partner growth and revenue.
• Extensive knowledge and strong connections with SMB and SME-focused resellers and MSP partners across multiple states.
• Ability to influence and cultivate relationships with decision-makers within partner organizations.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, independent working, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent listening, writing, and public speaking abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in channel leadership that involves teaching, enabling, and motivating partners.
• Established relationships with leading VARs and integrators.
• Consistent history of meeting annual quota targets, including notable customer achievements.
• Competitive mindset, robust work ethic, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth, matrixed environment.
• Positive track record in collaborative selling.
• Proficient in the use of CRM tools, G Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
