This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a designated territory comprising strategic enterprise accounts, responsible for initiating new business and expanding existing relationships.
• Perform in-depth account research to identify opportunities, map out buying centers, and recognize key stakeholders in security, product, IT, and engineering.
• Create and implement customized territory plans and account strategies to foster multi-faceted engagement across essential accounts.
• Engage with customers and prospects face-to-face to build trust, progress deals, and discover new opportunities.
• Work in collaboration with Cobalt’s Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel teams to generate value throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Utilize partnerships and ecosystem connections to expedite pipeline development and influence potential opportunities.
• Ensure meticulous pipeline management and forecasting precision.
• Support ongoing process enhancements by providing insights and feedback gathered from the field.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling SaaS or cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients, particularly with a preference for engagement with CISOs, AppSec leaders, or engineering decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to source, lead, and finalize complex deals within large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Experience in balancing strategic account planning with tactical urgency to achieve and surpass targets.
• A consistent history of exceeding sales objectives, reflecting an unwavering drive for performance and growth.
• A proactive growth mindset and a dedication to learning. You are open to innovative approaches, curious about changing buyer behavior, and keen to utilize tools such as automation, AI, and data insights for more effective selling.
• A collaborative attitude with a strong sense of accountability. You take initiative, communicate proactively, and excel in a team environment focused on scalable growth.
