Enrollment Specialist – Medical Assistant, Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a remarkable onboarding experience for new patients joining Vivo Care’s Home Monitoring Programs.

• Inform patients about Vivo Care offerings and the significance of remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.

• Illustrate how these programs can enhance patients’ quality of life.

• Instruct patients on the usage of medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, and weight scales.

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls for patient enrollment.

• Assist patients in setting up new medical devices over the phone.

• Investigate equipment issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience.

• Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager to meet company goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in phone or call center roles is required.

• Experience in enrollment or medical sales is preferred.

• Medical Assistant certification is required.

• Technical skills to successfully complete the typing and computer literacy assessments.

• Comfortable engaging with patients over the phone and adept at overcoming objections.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Patience and excellent listening skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Commitment to achieving resolutions.

• Ability to multitask confidently.

• Must have equipment that meets the specified internet, computer/laptop, headset, and monitor requirements.

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.

• A hard-wired Ethernet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required.

• Personal computer/laptop must have an Intel i5 10th Gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent processor, and at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred).

• A noise-canceling headset with a microphone is necessary.

• A secondary monitor is required.
