This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and process requests for consumer enrollment, termination, and cancellation.
• Identify and resolve errors, discrepancies, and missing information related to enrollment.
• Adhere to established procedures for managing enrollment activities and sensitive consumer data.
• Reach out to consumers when additional details or actions are necessary.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters with comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain precise enrollment records and communications using Zendesk or similar systems.
• Recognize recurring issues and report trends or process gaps to management.
• Assist the Enrollment Operations team during periods of high volume.
• Ensure enrollment tasks are processed accurately, consistently, and punctually.
• Take responsibility for actions, document them clearly, and escalate issues as needed.
• Proven experience managing detailed, process-oriented tasks where accuracy and timely execution were critical.
• Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and determine or coordinate suitable next steps.
• Familiarity with established processes and the handling of sensitive or confidential information.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records and documenting actions and communications within business systems.
• Direct communication experience with consumers or customers and coordination with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools to oversee workflows, records, and communications, including learning new systems as necessary.
• Preferred: experience in health insurance operations, broker services, member support, or enrollment processing.
• Preferred: familiarity with ACA enrollment, Healthcare.gov, Covered California, Zendesk or similar CRM/support platforms, and high-volume Open Enrollment environments.
• Preferred: experience working effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Preferred: background in a startup, small business, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Availability for 40 hours each week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.
• Must commit to work through the December 31, 2026 CCA enrollment deadline.
