This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to designated institutions by planning, executing, and enhancing enrollment marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partner institutions through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Assess institutional enrollment objectives, current marketing activities, and opportunities to inform strategic recommendations.
• Convert institutional requirements into actionable marketing plans that align with enrollment targets.
• Engage in renewal discussions and identify further solutions or services that align with institutional objectives.
• Coordinate the student search strategy, prospect segmentation, and purchasing planning in collaboration with Enrollment Services.
• Create and execute electronic and print communication strategies alongside the creative team.
• Assist in digital marketing through campaign coordination, execution support, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Participate in complex, multi-channel enrollment marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and enrollment metrics, identify trends, and suggest modifications.
• Prepare and present client reports, campaign summaries, strategic updates, and performance insights.
• Integrate enrollment consulting, market research, and data analysis into campaign strategies.
• Enhance student search, communications, digital marketing, and prospect engagement efforts.
• Lead client presentations, training sessions, and strategic discussions as necessary.
• Foster internal alignment regarding client objectives, campaign priorities, and project execution.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, process enhancement, and the development of best practices.
• Take part in professional development focused on enrollment marketing strategy, communications, and analytics.
• Within 1 month: gain an understanding of department structure and observe client interactions.
• Within 3 months: engage in client-facing solutions and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
• Within 6 months: take charge of assigned clients and manage ongoing projects.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in a marketing services role, ideally within an Office of Admissions, Enrollment Management, or Higher Education context.
• Proven experience in designing and executing intricate, goal-oriented marketing campaigns and/or recruitment strategies.
• Capability to comprehend and convey multifaceted data and outcomes.
• Previous involvement in strategic student search purchasing and execution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas to large groups.
• Familiarity with CRM and other admissions technologies is preferred.
• Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office products and presentation software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
• Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
