This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.
• Assist prospective students throughout their journey from initial inquiry, application, to admission.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy to identify the needs and educational aspirations of prospective students.
• Recommend the University when suitable and provide tailored, persuasive suggestions.
• Drive enrollment by maintaining regular phone communication.
• Connect prospective students with Academic Advisors, One-Stop Specialists, and other relevant campus staff.
• Address and resolve any objections from prospective students when necessary.
• Transition prospective students from inquiry to registration/matriculation into University attendees.
• Act as the main point of contact, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Articulate the University’s value proposition and program prerequisites.
• Guide prospective students towards appropriate programs based on their aspirations and backgrounds.
• Develop and sustain precise prospective-student lists within the CRM.
• Provide insights to the Enrollment team regarding student concerns, inquiries, and obstacles.
• Collaborate with the recruiting and enrollment team effectively.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as designated.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, coaching, customer service, or sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Proven experience in maintaining accurate records within a CRM and/or other student databases.
• Capability to work independently with a strong initiative to meet enrollment goals.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort with enrollment objectives and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently as a team member.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, growing, and evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques.
• Commitment to providing student-focused, personalized, and responsive service.
• Open to coaching and able to accept and implement constructive feedback.
• High integrity and the ability to clearly articulate viewpoints.

• Proficient in personal computer use and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Availability during the Enrollment Coaching Center hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM Pacific time and Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific time.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and/or evenings as needed.
