This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide detailed explanations of core and voluntary benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision plans

• Facilitate the enrollment of employees in various benefits programs

• Review and verify benefits, coverage levels, dependents, and deductions with employees

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Document all interactions comprehensively

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to quickly adapt to Brown & Brown workflows and internal and third-party enrollment platforms

• Acquire a Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training will be provided)

• Maintain a strong understanding of benefits knowledge

• Participate in client-specific training sessions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

• Accurately input information into the enrollment program

• Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks

• Excellent punctuality and attendance are required
