📋 Description

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English into German.

• Conduct Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on safety content that has been machine-translated.

• Edit translated and post-edited materials for precision, tone, and uniformity.

• Adhere to strict, non-extendable deadlines for urgent content.

• Operate within the client's CAT tool environment utilizing XTM/Phrase.

• Use Track Changes in Microsoft Word according to specific project setup guidelines.

• Manage clinical research documents, including protocols, synopses, IBs, ICFs, patient sheets, and patient diaries.

• Oversee regulatory documents like SmPCs, PILs, labels, and CTD modules.

• Handle pharmacovigilance documents such as PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, SAEs, and AEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent); a recognized graduate qualification in another discipline along with a minimum of two years of full-time professional translation experience; or at least five years of full-time professional translation experience.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on translation experience specifically in life sciences, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and medical documents.

• Proficiency with CAT tools, particularly XTM/Phrase.

• Familiarity with using Track Changes in Microsoft Word.

• A readiness to undertake an assessment as part of the onboarding and quality assurance processes.

• The latest English CV must accurately reflect experience in Life Sciences and Medical translation, years of relevant experience, types of documents translated, CAT tools utilized, and contact information including email and phone number.
