This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Instruct English to students located in China through online platforms.

• Create a supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental learning environment.

• Facilitate students’ English language acquisition, growth, and achievements.

• Uphold a consistent, fixed teaching timetable for the duration of the contract.

• Foster connections with regular students, tailoring lessons to their individual strengths, weaknesses, learning preferences, and interests.

• Complete video interview questions and perform a live demonstration lesson as part of the application process.

• Native or near-native level of English pronunciation.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

• Prior experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Must have access to an HD camera and microphone.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL certification or its equivalent is mandatory.

• Availability for a fixed schedule for at least 6 months.

• Commitment to long-term employment of 1 year or more.

• Consistent class hours leading to a stable income.

• Fixed pairings of students and teachers.
