English Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Engage in discussions with language models regarding linguistic scenarios

• Assess factual correctness and logical integrity

• Capture replicable error documentation

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Record model failure patterns

• Contribute to the training and advancement of the next generation of AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics

• Capacity to critically evaluate advanced language models regarding sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word choice, idiomatic phrases, pronunciation, and cultural context

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively (“demonstrating your thought process”)

• A degree in English language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferable

• Evidence of suitability may include peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in practical linguistic analysis projects

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection

• Proficiency in the English language
