English Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models on topics related to the English language

• Interact with models in various language scenarios

• Assess factual accuracy and logical validity

• Document reproducible error traces and identify failure modes

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Contribute to the training of next-generation AI language models

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language

• In-depth knowledge of English grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics

• Capability to analyze sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context

• Strong metacognitive communication skills (“demonstrating your process”)

• A degree in English language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in linguistic analysis projects demonstrate suitability
