English Language Specialist – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical integrity of responses

• Capture reproducible error logs

• Document instances of model failures

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Assist in the training and refinement of future AI language models

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the English language, including grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics

• Capability to critically evaluate advanced language models regarding sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your reasoning

• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in English language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates a suitable candidate
