English Language Specialist – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with advanced language models focused on English language scenarios.

• Evaluate models on grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, pragmatics, and other relevant language topics.

• Assess factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Document reproducible error traces and identify model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training AI models to advance linguistic reasoning and communication abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of English grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics.

• Proficient in analyzing sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.

• A Master’s or PhD in English language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching roles, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills with the ability to articulate your reasoning.

• Must have access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
