Engineering Projects Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the project manager in managing engineering projects across various initiatives.

• Support change request processes and plan maintenance windows for engineering projects.

• Facilitate coordination for network Point Of Contact (POC) activities.

• Provide Jira task management assistance to the project manager.

• Aid Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams in the preparation and uploading of Contract Deliverables (CDRLs).

• Organize and prioritize issues for SME teams.

• Help coordinate and communicate during engineering testing activities.

• Participate in engineering support roles, rotating through design, testing, migration, and operations phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.

• Preference for fields such as Business Management, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated strong interest in project management, systems engineering, or computer science.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Excel, Teams, or the Power Platform; academic or personal experience is acceptable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team setting.

• Capability to manage multiple technical tasks at once.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• A Secret security clearance is necessary to begin.

• Must reside in the United States.

• A reliable internet connection is required to support remote work and video conferencing.
