Engineering Manager – Martech Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture high-performing engineering teams.

• Mentor and develop engineers through constructive feedback, guidance, and career advancement.

• Establish the team's vision and strategy for technology, data, and AI to support marketing, acquisition, and measurement initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize impactful opportunities in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.

• Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and reliability.

• Provide technical direction on system design, architecture, complex issues, and necessary trade-offs.

• Advocate for engineering best practices, including code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes.

• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal departments.

• Ensure dependable tracking, high-quality data, and ethical management of privacy and consent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in software engineering.

• More than 4 years of experience in leading and developing engineering teams.

• Proven track record of delivering critical business products or platforms.

• Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms, or similar experience in building data-driven systems, automation, or platforms that support marketing and business teams.

• Capability to facilitate architectural discussions and assess technical trade-offs.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to identify opportunities, establish priorities, and achieve measurable results.

• Ability to translate broad objectives into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and attain measurable outcomes.

• Strong communication skills and thoughtful leadership.

• Familiarity with technology, data, and AI applications in marketing, acquisition, and measurement.

• Knowledge of reliable tracking, high-quality data, and considerations surrounding privacy and consent.
