📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, offering timely feedback, performance management, and guidance to help them achieve their full career potential.

• Provide technical leadership and oversight on proposals, rollout strategies, and architectural frameworks.

• Write code, embrace modern coding practices and tools, and drive overall technical enhancements.

• Uphold high standards for system quality and stability; act as Incident Commander during live incidents and for post-mortem analyses.

• Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to co-create roadmaps, align the product vision with technical strategies, and enhance delivery processes.

• Work together with peer Engineering Managers and internal/external partners to share insights, synchronize timelines, and minimize cross-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams and executing complex, ambiguous technical projects.

• A solid foundation in software engineering, with previous experience as a successful individual contributor and a deep understanding of architectural best practices.

• A strong ownership mentality encompassing team delivery, technical health, customer-focused product alignment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
