⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in reputable product-based companies, preferably in product start-ups.

• Strong understanding of scalable web back-end, streaming, full-stack development, and substantial experience managing production and performance challenges across various platform technologies.

• Profound knowledge of technologies and architecture within a highly scalable and available environment.

• Extensive expertise with highly transactional, large relational, and complex web/desktop systems.

• Experience in recruiting and nurturing a top-tier engineering team, as well as scaling the organization.

• Start-up experience is highly desirable.

• Strong comprehension of business processes and the application of technology to implement and optimize them.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Practical experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems both horizontally and vertically.

• A compelling vision and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of an exceptional product start-up.
