Engineering Manager – Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize both short-term and long-term demands and initiatives

• Evaluate code generated by development teams

• Comprehend customer requirements across various scenarios

• Establish priorities, efforts, and timelines

• Maintain active and clear communication with the team and other departments

• Oversee team members on a daily basis

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with every team member

• Engage in technical discussions with both external and internal clients

• Enhance product quality

• Proficiency in software development

• Experience with Git/GitHub

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure

• Skills in people management

• Advanced English skills for both conversation and writing
