📋 Description

• Spearhead the engineering initiatives related to Public Sector integration within the Source-to-Contract domain.

• Oversee Development Teams while collaborating with Product Management.

• Take ownership of product deliverables, ensuring high-quality software is produced promptly.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to design solutions that meet business and customer needs.

• Manage career development, training, recruitment, daily oversight, and staff administration.

• Mentor and encourage team members to engage with Scrum and excel in their daily tasks.

• Uphold engineering best practices, quality benchmarks, security protocols, and operational excellence.

• Lead the recruitment process for the designated area or product.

• Ensure team members receive regular performance evaluations and development assistance.

• Strong foundation in Agile delivery and cross-functional teamwork.

• Preferred experience in managing software development teams.

• Solid understanding of the software engineering lifecycle, including its roles and responsibilities.

• Capability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.

• Strong IT background, particularly in software development.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Security clearance may be necessary for customer projects and access to sensitive data.

• May require disclosure of criminal record, right to work, personal identification, and work history for background checks.
