📋 Description

• Lead the Tabby Card Activation team and manage large cross-team projects through production.

• Write code, engage in architectural discussions, and play a role in significant technical decisions.

• Review feature designs to ensure that non-functional requirements are fulfilled.

• Supervise the management of technical debt and incident response.

• Promote the adoption of AI tools and methodologies throughout the SDLC and team processes.

• Contribute to quarterly planning and the definition of the roadmap.

• Hire, assess, mentor, and inspire team members.

• Foster collaboration across teams and functions.

• Cultivate a results-oriented and business-focused culture.

• Track key performance indicators for the team.

• Ensure transparency in processes and delivery for stakeholders and partner functions.

• Optimize workflows to enhance productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 2 years working with Golang (not mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Engineering Manager role, preferably within a rapidly growing fintech or e-commerce environment.

• Proven experience in building scalable, distributed systems and handling high-load architectures.

• Comprehensive understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture.

• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development.

• A passion for creating clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills in English.
