⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the software development sector.

• Strong technical expertise in software engineering and development methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.

• Proficient knowledge of Java/Javascript.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, particularly with technologies like GraphQL.

• Strong familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.

• Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
