📋 Description

• Design and sustain software applications that enhance KLDiscovery’s products and services.

• Manage software development projects and provide updates on initiatives to guarantee timely completion.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project initiatives.

• Clearly communicate project objectives and expectations to team members.

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and software development teams.

• Eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.

• Collaborate with other departments.

• Guide, mentor, and train direct reports as well as entry- and mid-level software developers.

• Offer ongoing performance feedback and conduct annual performance assessments.

• Adhere to budgets and authorization limits; contribute to future budget planning.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and management of compensation.

• Contribute to and implement hiring strategies in accordance with legal and internal regulations.

• Travel occasionally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in leadership, training, and mentoring roles.

• Over 10 years of experience in software development and/or training.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team or across multiple organizational departments in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Understanding and ability to exemplify company values, policies, and guidelines.

• Possess significant humility, ambition, and interpersonal intelligence.
