Engineering Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in reputable product-oriented companies, preferably in start-up environments.

• Strong understanding of scalable web back-end, streaming, and full stack development.

• Experience in managing production and performance challenges alongside platform technologies.

• Profound knowledge of technologies and architecture in highly scalable and available setups.

• Extensive expertise with highly transactional, large relational, and complex web/desktop-based systems.

• Proven experience in hiring and nurturing a top-tier engineering team and scaling the organization.

• Start-up experience is highly desirable.

• Solid grasp of business processes and the application of technology to enhance and streamline these processes.

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

• Practical experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems both horizontally and vertically.

• A clear vision and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a product start-up.
