This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform validation tests on hardware components such as server platforms, storage media, and cutting-edge technologies (PCIe Gen6, DC-MHS, GPUs, etc.).

• Aid in validation strategies for new server designs by executing power/thermal assessments and performance benchmarking.

• Contribute to the development of automation frameworks for hardware testing, firmware validation, and component qualification.

• Assist in collaborating with ODM/OEM partners on server integration initiatives.

• Record test outcomes, procedures, and technical insights for new platforms.

• Sustain and manage hardware testing infrastructure.

• Work together with software teams to optimize platform configurations (BIOS, kernel, firmware).


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current US Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Over 5 years of experience in server hardware development, testing, or validation within a SaaS, public cloud, CSP, or similar organization.

• Practical experience with hardware validation methodologies, benchmarking tools, and test automation.

• Familiarity with modern server architectures and critical components (CPU, memory, storage, networking).

• Knowledge of server BMC implementation and management interfaces (Redfish, IPMI).

• Proficient in Linux server environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash).

• Comprehension of industry standards (PCIe, NVMe, DDR).

• Strong problem-solving skills along with effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.

• This position will require the candidate to undergo and successfully pass additional background and fingerprint checks as mandated by government customer requirements.
