This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, construct, and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio agents tailored for healthcare revenue cycle management and executive productivity scenarios.
• Develop sophisticated Power Automate workflows for tasks such as approvals, routing, escalations, reminders, and business process orchestration.
• Configure AI-assisted workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude while adhering to approved governance standards.
• Establish standards for prompting, validation controls, and quality review processes for outputs generated by AI.
• Support and enhance revenue cycle processes, including Patient Access, Eligibility Verification, Claims Management, Denial Management, Appeals, Collections, Accounts Receivable Follow-up, and Payment Posting.
• Identify opportunities for automation that minimize manual effort and enhance operational performance.
• Oversee the SharePoint knowledge architecture utilized by Copilot agents.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), payer policies, process documentation, and reference libraries.
• Generate executive-ready reports and summaries using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Train and guide business users in AI adoption and productivity solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of solutions and suggest improvements.
• Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and organizational governance standards.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to prioritize automation initiatives that offer high value.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Active CRCR Certification at the time of application.
• Practical experience in building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents.
• Advanced skills in Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for business productivity applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and training abilities.
• Capacity to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Preferred: MBA, M.Com, or a postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Preferred: CPC, RHIA, or CHFP certification.
• Experience in leading AI adoption or automation projects.
• Strong familiarity with business analytics, KPI reporting, governance, and process improvement.
• Experience mentoring analysts or associates.
• Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture and knowledge management practices.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MS-600, MS-721, AI-102, SC-900.
