This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and maintain complex chatbots and conversational agents using Python.

• Create RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines by integrating vector databases and language model APIs.

• Work with frameworks for developing conversational AI (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalents).

• Deploy and optimize applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Apply best software engineering practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Ensure observability of models (MLOps/LLMOps) by monitoring latency, costs, and response quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong focus on data/AI.

• Advanced proficiency in Python (clean code, asynchronous programming, design patterns).

• Practical experience in building coded conversational flows (not just low-code platforms).

• In-depth knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred: prior experience developing AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, etc.).

• Preferred: experience with integration of generative AI APIs.
