This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver data products with a well-defined architecture, readable data contracts, and clear consumption standards for other teams.

• Structure and make Data Lake data available for consumption by Generative AI systems, enriching and enhancing the context of the models.

• Implement data delivery solutions using techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Ensure that data contracts are clear and versioned, facilitating consumption by product and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and ensure that delivered products meet the use cases.

• Implement and maintain monitoring for Generative AI solutions.

• Ensure observability of services (e.g., MCP services) through OpenTelemetry and other observability stack tools.

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of data product architecture standards within the team.

• Participate in building or maintaining data pipelines when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with Generative AI (RAG, Agents, LLMs, context, and embeddings).

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and architectures for autonomous agents.

• Experience with LangFuse for monitoring and traceability of Generative AI solutions.

• Familiarity with vector databases (PGVector, Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar).

• Understanding of data product architecture and data contract definition.

• Experience with AWS as the primary cloud platform (S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker, among others).

• Development experience in Python with frameworks and libraries focused on services and AI, including FastAPI, FastMCP, LangGraph, and AWS Strands.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, NewRelic, or similar).

• Ability to work with Data Lakes and structure data for use by AI applications.

• **Desirable:**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience with AWS SageMaker for training and experimentation with traditional AI models.

• Background in DevOps — Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Experience with AI orchestration platforms (LiteLLM, OpenWebUI, or similar).

• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or Professional).

• MBA or postgraduate degree in technology, data, or business-related areas.
