This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Clariti, System Integrators, and customers to comprehend requirements, establish success metrics, and surpass customer outcome expectations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the project lifecycle alongside SI and customer Project Managers.
• Create and maintain project governance plans, schedules, team objectives, milestones, budgets, and criteria for success.
• Lead and guide the Clariti Professional Services project team, which includes Implementation Consultants and Solution Architects.
• Foster motivated, cohesive teams that are capable of delivering services to clients and implementation partners.
• Implement quality-control measures and proactively identify and mitigate delivery, relationship, and execution risks.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding the performance and progress of assigned projects.
• Hold both internal and external teams accountable, redirect efforts when necessary, and manage customer expectations.
• Communicate and present effectively with team members and audiences at both technical and business levels.
• Adapt strategies to align with team and client relationships, dynamics, environmental factors, and cultural nuances.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based Professional Services.
• At least 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, including CxOs.
• Proven track record of cultivating executive stakeholder relationships and leading delivery for substantial transformation projects.
• Extensive experience in applying project management and agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing resources and relationships with System Integrators.
• Understanding of professional services functions, roles, customer types, and their needs.
• Leadership and management skills, including team motivation, resource management, and project oversight.
• Strong commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in handling objections and serving as an escalation point for client, partner, and team concerns.
• Capability to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to execute requirements successfully.
• Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance using established policies, procedures, and business plans.
• Ability to balance profitability with excellent customer experiences.
• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to manage challenging customer interactions.
• Proficiency in leading organizational change and navigating ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 40–50% of the time.
• A background check covering relevant global sanctions and criminal offenses is required prior to joining.
