📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer success while acting as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in achieving their desired outcomes through Akamai solutions.

• Conduct research and assessments to identify trends and offer guidance that influences customer architecture and adoption choices.

• Design and oversee web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions.

• Formulate account strategies, establish key relationships, and develop and maintain a project pipeline.

• Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team.

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to enhance the utilization of services and solutions.

• Facilitate the transition of customers' key initiatives from concept to execution.

• Provide outstanding customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing position.

• Familiarity with the consulting process.

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large technical programs.

• Understanding of DevOps, web performance, DNS, TLS, and HTTP.

• Knowledge of information security basics, common threats and vulnerabilities, as well as tools and methods for securing data, applications, and infrastructure.

• Awareness of compute technologies and architectural principles.

• Basic skills in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
