Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements across a range of accounts.

• Guide and oversee a high-achieving team.

• Oversee the delivery of audited reports via the platform, ensuring strict human-in-the-loop auditing processes are followed.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and take part in discussions about the platform's roadmap.

• Develop best practices for precise, consistent, and scalable data collection and maintenance.

• Work with sales and account management teams to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and identify growth opportunities.

• Provide guidance on intricate federal and state regulations as well as labor compliance requirements.

• Develop materials and training resources for both customers and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment or in a leadership role at a tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm.

• Proven history of high performance and escalating responsibilities.

• Capability to comprehend intricate technical tax and accounting subjects.

• Experience nurturing customer relationships in the role of a trusted advisor.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex topics and address challenging questions.

• Systems-oriented mindset with strategic thinking skills and the capacity to create repeatable processes.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or a similar organization is preferred.

• Technical expertise in Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship or related labor compliance programs is preferred.

• Background in managing and mentoring team members is preferred.
